Community of Grace News and Events

Beginning on November 5, Community of Grace will start a new tradition on the first Sunday of the month.  After our weekly worship, come and join us for "Soul Soup," a time where you can come have some soup that will warm your stomach and fellowship that will warm your soul.  You don't have to attend worship to come for soup. 

The meal is free, but there is a suggested donation of $2 to help defray costs.  For more information, please contact Dan Adolphson at dan@communityofgracemn.org.

Note: Our first Soul Soup will take place at (5009 Beard Ave. S. in Minneapolis) because of a scheduling conflict at our regular location on November 5.  Please contact Dan for directions.

Thanks to everyone who made our Teddy Bear Drive a success!  We haven't counted the all the bears yet, but Co-Pastor Dennis Sanders won't be surprised if they fill up his Volkswagen Jetta!  Community of Grace would like to thank Lutheran Church  of Christ the Redeemer, Lake Harriet Christian, First Christian-Minneapolis, and Plymouth Creek Christian for their generosity.  The bears will be given to the Ramsey County Sheriff to give to children who have witness crimes such as shootings and domestic assaults.  Again, thank you for remembering the "least of these."
